Wash the area gently and ensure your skin is clean and dry. Gently cleanse the area to remove any dirt, oil, or makeup that could hinder the patch's effectiveness. Wait a few minutes for any remaining moisture to evaporate.

Peel a patch from the sheet and center it directly over the whitehead. Press down firmly in the middle for 30 full seconds. Then run your finger around the outer edge and press the entire ring against the skin. That tight seal is what lets the patch pull the impurities out overnight. Don't skip the edge press.
