Use OMMA microdart at the first sign of a deep, under-the-skin bump — when you feel tenderness but there’s no visible whitehead yet. If a whitehead is already formed, use standard hydrocolloid instead. Timing is everything: early application delivers the best results.
The adhesive bonds to dry, clean skin only. Any moisturizer, serum, or water creates a barrier that prevents full adhesion. Poor adhesion means the microdarts can’t maintain contact — so actives can’t deliver properly. Wait at least 5 minutes after washing before applying.
Most users feel mild tingling when pressing the patch — this is normal and signals proper contact. The sensation fades within minutes. The 420 microdarts are 350μm, designed to reach the outer skin layer without hitting deeper nerve tissue. If you feel burning or prolonged discomfort, remove and patch-test on a less sensitive area.
