Shipping FAQs

•We ship from Salt Lake City and all orders are shipped using DHL, USPS or FEDEX
•These services are fully trackable once the couriers have your order. You will receive an email with tracking information after the package is shipped out.

Shipping fees:

•Standard shipping is 3.99 for all orders.
•For Express shipping, a flat rate of $6.99 is charged at checkout.

Transit time:

•For Standard Free shipping, transit time is usually between 3 and 4 Business Days from the time your order is dispatched. 
•For Express shipping, transit time is usually between 1 and 2 Business Days from the time your order is dispatched. 

Processing time:

•All orders are processed pending availability and payment verification.
•Orders are processed in max. 2 working days (orders placed between Friday, 2 pm, and 8 am Monday, will be processed starting on Monday).

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Order changes can be made only before the order is processed and shipped out. After the order has been shipped out, unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel orders.

Do you ship internationally?

For the moment, no. We only ship to the US at the moment. 

If you do not receive your order details

Most times this happens because of accidentally entering the wrong email address when ordering. Since the moment you placed your order, we send you 2-3 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice, as soon as tracking is available.
