60-day money-back guarantee

If OMMA patches don't work for your skin, email support@ommacosmetics.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number. We'll refund the product price of that order to your original payment method. You don't need to send opened packs back. One guarantee refund per customer, per product. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Returns of unopened items

If you changed your mind, you have 30 days after delivery to request a return of unopened items, in their original packaging and fit for resale. Contact us at support@ommacosmetics.com to start a return. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.

Subscriptions

The guarantee applies to your first delivery. You can pause, change frequency, or cancel anytime from your account.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or wrong, so we can make it right.

Refunds

We'll let you know once your refund is approved. It will go back to your original payment method. It can take a few days for your bank or card company to post it.
