Cancellation Policy
Order changes can be made only before the order is processed and shipped out. After the order has been shipped out, unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel orders.
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or a preorder. This cancellation policy outlines how you can change or cancel these purchases.

Subscriptions
If subscriptions are available, please note that when you purchase a subscription it means you'll receive automated repeat deliveries of the ordered product. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency you select upon purchasing a subscription.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to change the frequency of your subscription, you can do it anytime.
If you want to cancel your subscription, you can do it after a minimum of two deliveries.
Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Preorders
Preorders are available for our most popular items so you can reserve them before they arrive. When you purchase a preorder, you buy an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory.
Popular products frequently sell out before they arrive and the advantage is you'll benefit from a preorder major discount and also ensure that your item will be reserved. Once these products arrive, they're sold at full price.
When you place your order to confirm your reservation, your payment is processed and completed. 
On each product page, you can find an estimated ship date.
Preorders may be canceled at any time before shipping. Let us know at support@ommacosmetics.com if you would like to cancel your preorder.
